Vista is Restarting......

Hi ,

I am not able to start vista.... its restarting...... Actually I have installed Partition magic... there i ignored msg... after installing its restarting and not able to OS... can any body help me out..Is there any chance so that we can recover the data without formatting... It would Apprecitated if it can be done.....

Can you please answer a few questions for us to help you out?
1. Is this a store bought PC that came with Vista Home Premium?
2. What was the reason for install Partition Magic?
3. Are you saying you turn on the PC, windows starts to boot, then reboots and it goes into that cycle over and over?
