Windows Explore Problem

Hello all... I am having a slight problem. Its a minor problem, but annoying nonetheless. Lately, when I open windows explorer, the window opens small, not full screen. I will expand the window after opening and the explorer window will open full screen but only for about 2 or 3 times, then when I open explorer again, the window is small again. Is there a fix for this? Did something get screwed up?

To solve this, you need to change an aspect of the shortcut's properties. Browse to the location where you start this program from, and instead of left clicking or double left clicking to execute it, right click instead. Select 'Properties' and then ensure that the 'Shortcut' tab is selected. In the drop down box next to 'Run:' select 'Maximised'. The dialogue box should look like the image below.

Click 'OK', and the next time you start this program, it will start maximised.

Thanks Dwarf, I did what you suggested but it is still opening up small. After I maximize the window it will open maximized for a few more times, but then revert back to opening small.

This indeed is a very strange problem. Have a look at the following tutorial to see if there is anything that might help you. Notice the Warning at the beginning of the tutorial regarding folder view settings.
