When I click on "Turn Features On or Off" in the Programs and Features folder, the window opens up but no Features are displayed. Does anyone know of a solution for this problem?

The "Windows Features" dialog box is empty in Windows Vista, or you receive an error message that includes the following code when you try to use Windows Update: "0x80073712"
