My windows installer got a problem , nowadays i am seeing this error ''Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled.'' So it doesnt install anything.
First of all, have you altered any settings / startup services on your computer? Have you performed a full virus and malware scan? How long has this been occurring? Is this a new machine?
You have to realize that if you provide us with very little information, we are forced to ask questions to ascertain the nature of the problem. All we have right now is the symptom of Windows installer not working - but that could be caused by a multitude of problems - malware, improper service manipulation, a windows system error, i,proper Windows Installer installation, corrupted files, a hard drive going bad....etc.
