WMP 11 huge Probelm.....!!

Hi Folks,

I am not able to view picture in a video :cry: on Windows media player 11 and Vlc Media player. Please help me out. I am trying every thing out, but nothing works.

I have a new Sony Vaio-VGN FZ21Z

Please help me with this.

It depends on which video codecs you have installed.
A quick google of video codecs for wmp should put you on the right track.
If you have any problems then post again and I will put you in the right direction.

I Have a Nivida GeFOrce 8600M GS GPU graphic card.....and the NIVIDA drivers are installed. Vlc player was functioning well recently. But now I cant watch the video even on it. There is a black screen with sound!!

Please tell me what to do?

Try downloading and installing the Vista Codec Package - Vista Codec Package Homepage.

I have installed VistaCodecs_V471, but the problem continues with the Media player 11 and Vlc player!!!!!

Btw........I even cant uninstall this WMP 11!!

What is this?

Please put some ideas

Here is a screen shot!! Actually atleast Vlc was working on my computer till yesterday. Now WMP 11 and Vlc are with same situation!!! Any new ideas?
