Hello all, here is my huge issue. Recently I downloaded and was in the process after restart of installing the SP when it was interrupted by my kid. I remembered maybe in bold letter DO NOT INTERRUPT INSTALL well it was and is not at the point of where I can not do a dang thing with it. After numerous recovery disc/Repair, and diagnostics ran on it I can not get it to restart. The only error message I can get to repeat is !! 0xc0000034 !! 251/68858 (_0000000000000000.cdf-ms), I am running Vista Home Premium 32bit. Any help would be amazing because I have very important work files on it and never had a chance to back-up. Thank you for you time and patience ahead of time.

Hello Navyguy, and welcome to our forums.
First thing to try is to fix your boot file, use this tutorial: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/91467-startup-repair.html
If that doesn't work, Try to do a System Restore if you still have one. It's through the same menu as the tutorial above.
And if that doesn't work, try a repair install: use this tutorial: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-vista.html
And you could also try to do a chkdsk in CMD.
