Hi,
I'm a teacher trying to use word to create one document that has my worksheets as well as my answer key in one place. A friend suggested using the hidden font option to type my answer key. Looks great on the screen but when I print, supressing the hidden text, the spacing is altered as if no hidden text is present. I need the spacing to remain the same because the handout needs a place for the students to write their answers.
I'm attaching one page of the document to show what I'm doing. The same friend suggested trying to enter the key in a table because the table would establish the spacing but it's not working all the time for me so I must be doing something different but don't see what.
Any ideas on a good workaround for this? I'm trying to save time in the future because I make changes every year to my handouts and don't want to maintain two documents for every handout.
Cheryl
