Missing "right click" menu options

When I right click a file in explorer many of the context menu options are missing. For example an mp3 file has "Add to media player list" in the context menu, but not the "enqueue" and "play" options for Winamp. Most, but not all, of the right-click options for non-Microsoft software have disappeared. SmartFTP is one that sill shows up.

I downloaded and ran a program called ShellExView which can enable and disable shell extensions. The missing extensions are there and enabled but they do not show up in explorer.
