problem installing epson print cd

pretty new visitor- have an epson r-340 printer- was having no problem using epson print cd until yesterday when i could not use it to put a cover on a dvd-- tried uninstalling all epson printer programs and reinstalling - do not have a disc that came with printer so went to their website to download drivers etc - not working -i can print for example an e mail but when i try to get into my epson print cd i cannot---

this is probably not a vista problem but the old expression "stupid is as stupid does" must apply -- probably not even a correct question for this forum sorry

Have you just recently installed Vista? I have an Epson R200, and as far as I remember the print cd program will not work on vista for printing on cd's. I am using Acoustica CD Label Maker, and it is a lot better, and compatible with both x86 and x64 bit Vista

Not everything is compatable with vista as you have found out but as mean6 has found out, there are other programs out there that are newer and better. Some of them are also free:D.
