When installing some older software and even did the right-click option I continued to received this error message.
"SYSTEM/currentcontrolset/virtualdevicedrivers/ VDD. Virtual device driver format in the registry is in valid "
The strange thing is I had already installed it on another PC using Vista Home Premium also.
How do I bypass this message? I checked on the Microsoft site but it seems their instructions refer to XP. The only thing different is the other day when I hooked this PC up the Vista Service Pack1 was downloaded.
Why would this PC be more restrictive than the eMachine?
Thanks.
