Suddenly my pc start to get sloooow
I check with task manager and my ram was at 100% and my cpu was at 100% usage in full power.
No open programs no nothing the computer was IDLE.
Why? any idea?

Do you mean that all of memory was occupied and that it showed "Free 0" or that the green memory level indicator was full?
About the CPU hogging, look at the processes tab and click on CPU header to sort it by CPU usage. Click it till you can see the top CPU users at top and see who's sucking your CPU dry!
It may be the indexer [Vista's own or even Nero's and lets not forget the Media Center one]
It can and as well be a virus/worm/Trojan.
It could also be Disk Defragmenter running away happily chomping off your CPU.
There could be many processes and even more possibilities!

Did you which process was using up processor and RAM?
If it indeed is a driver/device failure, u'll probably see explorer.exe taking up all processor juice and memory. in that case, there's only 1 thing that can be done thats pretty obvious...
