Acer Aspire 5315 urgent help!!!

I have a Acer Aspire 5315 series laptop my cd drive broke at the same time my os crushed now i am getting blue screens i can t load into my windows vista system i am going to africa on friday don t have enough time to get it repaired can any one give me a simple way how to boot from iso image i changed my contents on my cd to iso image and saved it on my flash disk put the boot option from harddrive to usb hdd first and it still wont boot the vista for me to install it any help urgent?

I think it would be quicker to find out why your getting the blue screen. When you get the blue screen it should say STOP:0x000000 code. We need that code to try and help you out. When you state your cd drive broke..can you be more specific? Do you get the blue screen on boot up? Do you have a Windows Vista (genuine) dvd? Kind of need more info here. Sorry.
