Windows Anytime Upgrade to Ultimate

I have Vista home premium 32 bits and I have buy a Windows Anytime Upgrade to Vista Ultimate online. I'm waiting for my cd order.
I have one question. With the update to Ultimate do you know if I will receive a CD with 32 bits version and an other with 64 bits version?
I want upgrade to Ultimate 64 bits....

If you have 32 bit, you will get another 32 bit CD unless you specifically asked for a 64 bit CD.

Also, you cannot "Upgrade" from 32 bit to 64 bit - The internal engines of the two are completely different. You *CAN* order a 64 bit Ultimate CD from Microsoft, no problem. But going from 32 to 64 requires a clean install.
