any idea why vista thinks my processor and many others who have th q6600 is running at 2.39mhz? not really a big deal...i prolly got it to say 2.4 like once for about an hour...but most other progs calculate my speed at 2405...

The FSB may be fluctuating.
2.4Ghz = 267 X 9 ?
if the FSB becomes 266 ,then ur clk speed becomes 2394 ~2.39Ghz
Nothing to worry about.
