Evenbalance/PunkBuster Protected Tag Problem

Good Day! Evenbalance/PunkBuster has the ablility (for a small fee) protect a gaming clans tags (example: players in a gaming clan have a combination of letters and symbols in front of there gaming name like |OCG|) and you are given a file "regname.dat". The problem is I have the file but when entering a gaming server that enforces the protected tag I get removed from the game. I think there server can't view my file.

I have the game running as a admin and tried to go to the property's section of the folder the file is stored to change the security settings but I still can't get this to work. I also have the UAC, firewall and defender turned off.

Any input would be great!!!

I have my tag protected via PB as well for the game America's Army.

I have not had any problems whatsoever with this issue.

Tech support from PB is very solid. Be specific, add any logs the game generates so PB can parse the issue and check to see if PB is staying open via Task Manager, causing the program to not get adequate packet flow. On occasion, that will happen to me.
