im trying to download world of warcraft eu....i didnt have a problem before downoading and installing it, i uninstalled it because i was getting an error message while trying to download the next expansion pack....the error says can not create files please close all applications and try again.....ive been in contact with tech support and have done everything they suggested and i can not figure out how to get this off so i can download and install WoW ive opened all ports, i even tried a system restore but it didnt go through....any suggestions?

I would make sure you completely remove WoW from your system and make sure no other apps are running. Also you may want to disable any anti-virus you have running. Then reset your router to factory default or bypass the router all together if you have a modem, then try the download again.
