Age of Empire 3 Setup

When I run the Age of Empire 3 Setup, it does work. But the problem is that when I'm at the setup page, instead of "Express Install", it appears as IDD_EXPRESS. And everything else would have IDS, or IDD infront of it. In the end, it will install and the game will work. The problem is that in the control panel, and under the installation section, it's named PRODUCT_NAME instead of Age of Empire 3. Which meant that I couldn't apply any patchers or install the expansion packs. I reinstalled like billions of times and that did nothing. Thanks for the help.

It's a Microsoft game and it won't even install thanks to a "better" microsoft operating system.
