Warcraft 3 Directx problems ??

Ive already read much of the posts out there and ive tried my best with those. For example, reinstalling my Warcraft 3 and Direct X. But still there is a problem.. I would really appreciate some help from people whom have been through.. Im clueless and helpless i really am not sure... im thinking about reformat my entire com..
