Age of Empires on Vista Ultimate
Hi, I recently bought Age of Empires Gold Edition but am unable to install it with the error message:
Error message said:
Age of Empires Gold can only run on Microsoft Windows 95 or later or on Microsoft Windows NT Version 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later.
However, some of my friends have recently bought and installed the exact same game with no problems at all on Windows Vista. Why will it work on theirs but not on mine?

Do you mean run it in a compatibility mode? That can only be done after it is installed right? and I cant even get as far as installing the game.
