Comp has 8 gigs of ram and its happening with anygame i start titan quest world of warcraft crysis it doesnt always happen right away it sometimes goes for hours or even a day or so before but when it does freeze i have to manually restart it
Make sure that your video cards are being adequately cooled - if their temps are flying too far up then you might experience this symptom. For that matter, check all your hardware as well - could be an overheating CPU, overheating RAM, overheating Northbridge.....

I wam monitoring the heat of the computer with a program i found on these forums the heat is looking good i would update drivers and everything but i dont know where to get em so i dont
Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers for your video card and most other drivers can be updated by using device manager which you can find under control panel
although the best place to go is the official websites of your hardware manufactures
I'm having the same problem. Not as bad as before. Make sure you have nothing running in the background. Like your anti/virus running a scan. Other stuff. Make sure your games have all the patch's. You might consider calling your manufacturer and letting them take control with remote assistance and check your settings. Should be a free option for you.
