Palm Tungsten E2

Using Vista 64 bit, athlon x2 4600 with 2gb ram. It runs well but I cant find drivers (even beta) to run my palm Tungsten E2. I have installed the latest software from Palm but when hot-syncing the computer cant find the drivers. I have tried to update from the Palm installed directory in "program files x86/plam" but cant find any working dirvers. Any help would be appreciated

Dwight, Palm says clearly on their site that their drivers will not work on Vista x64. I don't know why, I guess they think no one is using a 64-bit OS.

I have a Palm Tungsten E2, and yes, it does not work with the USB cradle.
BUT
If you are using the latest Palm desktop (6.2 I believe) it does work with Bluetooth. The one bug in the new Palm desktop though is that it does not update the calendar, no matter which version of Vista you are using, x32 or x64 (yes, I use both versions of Vista)

This (no 64bit driver) comes to me as no surprise to me. Frankly Palm deserves to go into bankruptcy. This company is poorly managed and is by most people's standards a dismal failure. It's just a matter of time before they become extinct.
