That link is for the 2000/3000 series drivers and according to that page they won't work with anything else. Try this utility.

Unfortunately I believe that Intel has stopped supporting Vista. I have had some Vista drivers work on 7 so you can try them however this might result in crashing. If you have no graphics issues I suggest that you leave it be. If you have downgraded your version of Windows from 7 to Vista I strongly suggest that you put 7 back. Don't assume that someone here can help you modify drivers because something like that takes a lot of technical knowledge and might result in an environment that isn't stable. Really that goes beyond our scope of support. If you are dead set on using Vista you might look for an older graphics card with Vista support. Good luck.

I don't have an answer as to hdmi however XP drivers are not compatible with Vista especially if you are using Vista 64-bit as it says on your tech specs. You should uninstall those drivers.

Again XP drivers are not compatible with Vista AND 32-bit drivers are not compatible with a 64-bit OS so do not expect your system to remain functional or stable. I strongly advise that you do not leave your system like this even if it is currently working. No one should do this. Furthermore I will not continue to support you as long as you have those drivers installed. I will no longer be monitoring this thread as long as you continue to ignore my advise.

Alternatives would be to get a Vista capable graphics card if you have a desktop, switch to 7 or linux, or accept the limitation.

A 64bit windows XP driver is about as unstable as you can get, if there is no drivers you need to use a more modern OS, XP is 15 years old and Vista is 9 years old, for new equipment you really need a newer OS.

Yes it's unfortunate that Vista's usefulness is fading. More to the point I am surprised that your computer hasn't crashed from using that driver.
