regsvr32.exe help PLZ

i tried the DEP thing n it doesnt fix my problem, i am running on vista 64bit. this is the msg i get when i look in the event viewer:

can someone plz help me this keeps giving me an error msg at startup

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
I think this is something a system file check may fix
Go to start, type cmd, while holding down ctrl and shift press enter
Type sfc /scannow in the open box
If errors are found run it again,up to 3 times with a reboot after each run.
If that fails to fix it I have another thing we can try.
