I have a Vista Home premium 64bit operating system. I tried to use my Plantronics Audio 626 DSP headphones. I can see it under drivers but there's a yellow sign there. It says my driver for device is corrupt, etc.
However, I also have an xp operating system on another computer. No problem what so ever to use the headphones. I have searched everywhere to find a solution but have come up with nothing. I had windows do a search and it says that driver is up to date.
It seems no matter what headset I try to use - it won't recognize any of them. I had a Microsoft one before and same problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?? Maybe there is a problem with my computer? I sent for repairs in June and ever since then no headphones will work. I also had my computer formatted went sent for repairs. Could they have done something when fixing other problems???
