bluetooth peripheral device driver not found

hi
im using windows vista home basic 32bit laptop without bluetooth.. i m using an external USB bluetooth device and everytime i plug it in, i get an error msg showing tat the driver is not found..
pls help me

Go to search
type
device manager
in device manager look for yellow warning markers showing problems
If no problems, go to BT and make sure driver is up to date.

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver

thanks mr.richard but i cant make use of the help you offered.. in device manager, in other devices i found 7 bluetooth peripheral device, everything with yellow warning... this is the hardware id of the driver BTHENUM\{00000002-0000-1000-8000-0002ee000002}_LOCALMFG&000a
i cantfind the manufacturer.. pls help me..

I think that you problably just have to update the drivers.
Click on the problem Device for more information,
or give me the drivers names
for example btwins.sys.

For now do not use bluetooth

mr. richard thanks for your continous support.. my bluetooth is still working fine and as i mentioned in the other devices list, there are 7 bluetooth peripheral devices.. each hardware id differs from another... pls help me if u can..

Maybe this soft help you Bluetooth Driver Installer - Get Bluetooth to work with the Microsoft Bluetooth stack

Read in device manager hardware ID of missing bluetooth devices and compare with documentation of program to make sure it will work for your bluetooth or not.
