During install, It says that I need to install Cd/DVD Drive drivers because they are missing. My drive is a Hitachi-LG GSA-H20L. Anything else, feel free to ask. I really don't know what else to put here. :\

Well there is a bit of a problem. I'm only on one system. I used to dual-boot with Linux and XP, but I accidentally wiped my hard drive, deleting both systems. So I installed Linux with their Live CD. Now I'm running Linux Ubuntu 10.04. I put the download contents on the USB drive. I booted from the Vista CD and when I was told to insert the USB drive, I did. I navigated to the drive and the unzipped contents did not show, nor did the .zip file. Linux can read .exe files as archives, so I tried extracting the exe contents, and got a .bin file. This was not read by the Vista installer either.
I am pretty sure I found the right download for you. It says it's for Windows.
Could you try getting it with another Windows computer, though it shouldn't really matter.
Do you have drivers for the USB installed?

Yes the link is the correct one. If download it on the other machine, and install it, how can i get the correct driver onto the USB drive? (by that I mean the file which gets installed. The driver file itself)
go to device manager and see if a driver is there for the USB Universal Host Controller and USB Root Hub
You will have to expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers to find these.
There should be some there to start with.
