I recently had to replace my hard drive. I reinstalled Office and Outlook on the hard drive. All the printer drivers were lost, even though I used Carbonite backup. When I try to get Word to recognize a downloaded printer driver under Find Printer, I get "Active Domain Directory Services currently unavailable," along with an obnoxious clanging sound. I don't know where to go from there. Any ideas?
