Help! Blue screen memory dump

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me. My computer was working fine (I have Windows Vista Basic 32 bit) and then it went to blue screen and now I can only open it in safe mode. The blue screen says it is dumping memory but I really don't know what caused it. I haven't downloaded anything other than Windows updates. I restored the computer back to a week ago, but it still won't work. I've tried to start windows normally several times but it keeps going to the blue screen and then I can only open it in safe mode. The message that then comes up says the following:

Hello,

I could offer you a tiny bit of advice now, but I can offer you far better advice once you upload the Minidumps. To do this, navigate to the:

"C:\Windows\Minidump"

folder, and zip up the entire contents into zip format. If you do not know how to zip something up, I would recommend the free 7-Zip: Download Copy the zip archive to your Desktop, and then upload it here.

I will then give you user specific help once those Minidumps are uploaded. Thanks!
