WD Caviar Blue showing up in the device manager but not windows explorer.

I just got a new hard drive, I installed it correctly but it seems to not
be showing up! I have been trying non-stop for a day to try and make it
work (I'm not very good at computers.) If anyone can help I thank you.

Hello Baillie,
When you look in the Device Manager, does it have a yellow triangle beside it ?.
Also, does it show up in the Bios ?.
