I recieved EasyCap as part of camera package. Tried to load driver from CD that came with it. It looks like it is downloading to "tempoary folder" but hten it does not set up nor can I find the temp folder that it was sent to. Search function cannot locate the file by name either. Vendor says he's never had this problem before, he tried talking me thru this for 4hrs. HELP!
