Drivers are not loading on my bootlog please help

I four of them: ndproxy.sys, kbdhid.sys, srv.sys, MCSTRM.SYS. If look through all the list I can that most of them do load at a differnt spot. Except MCSTRM one. Any ideas what would cause this?

Ndproxy and srv.sys are common problems, kbdhid.sys though is something of concern.

Any wierd effects in windows?
