Problem is i have all drivers working perfectly but it seems any program(Yahoo messenger / Windows Live Messneger etc) on my system does not dectect any webcams i install on it , tryed a Logitech QuickCam Fusion it installs without no errors but no program detects any of the webcams ... bouth webcams work perfect under win XP thow.

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles - have you researched to see if others are having the same problem as you? If not, it may have something to do with your security software blocking access to USB devices....

found something about Vista and more than 4 GB of ram USB bug but for SP1 it tells me the hotfix is not for my system as for security software i have none atm so no problem about this.
Miho, you say the drivers are working, how do you know this?
If it is not working across the internet then try turning off your firewall.
Have you looked at it under device manager?
Did you install it using the administrator account?
see for yourself in the picture posted , there is no conflict at all with anything the divice apears to be working ok, but they are not detected by anyprogram in system and yes i have administrator rights.
nothing wrong in services from what i see ... could it be that when i installed a version of DX9 to be able to play DX9 games under vista(you know you get some dll`s missing in vista on certain games) that i`ve ****ed up something in my windows ?
