Conexant high definition audio driver for Vista x64

Hi, I have a Satellite P305D-S8818 and I just installed vista 64 on It but I cannot find the audio driver the soundcard model is Conexant Cx20561 @ Ati RS690(M)

If anyone has It please let me know
