VIsta x64 Keyboard Issues Help!!!!

I have a Logitech Wave Keyboard, Logitech G9 Mouse, Loaded seperate x64 Drivers for both from logitechs web site. Keyboard work great typing in my password to log on but when I go to type in anything, (word, serial numbers for games..etc) It stops and then shows a not responding in what ever window I am in?? I even uninstalled the software I loaded for the keyboard and still get the same result. Mouse works geat!
Any insight on this is greatly apreciated I am going to try a different key board tonight and see if that does it.
