BSOD becoming frequent - 0x0000003B (dumps/info attached)

I've been having more frequent BSODs:

DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: 0x0000003B

Attached are my dumps, screens taken from CPU-Z of my mainboard, memory, and both SPD slots.
Any help out there, please? I've updated all drivers so far as I can tell.
