Continuing Issue Of BSOD

MY PC does work but maybe once a day it will BSOD on me.

Its a Vista 32 bit Fujitsu Siemens ive had 2 years
Ive updtated all programs ect.

Readin online i see that Graphics Cards, Sound are sometimes an issue.
Could it have anything to do with the NVidia Graphics?
Im unsure.
