Laptop keeps shutting itself off

I have a Toshiba L-305D that is sitting on a cooling pad and it keeps shutting itself down when ever it feels like it. I have tried everything that I can think of. System repair didn't work, system restore didn't work so I did an SFC/scannow and I am attaching the report. I did the scan 3 times and it didn't fix the problem. The report is from the third scan. I have windows vista premium home edition, 32 bit and I have the product ID but I don't have the physical disc. The disc didn't come with the laptop. Can someone please explain to me in detail what it is I need to do to fix my laptop before it drives me crazy. Thank You

I could not find anything in the reports directly related to hardware. We will have to use a hit and miss approach
Make a full anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.
If these are negative, follow the instruction by Patonb and test the temps
If negative, test the hard drive, make a chkdsk.
be sure that both boxes are checked as shown

Sorry it has been so long. When I was going through all the suggestions, I realized my memory storage was almost max out so I had to go through and backup many files so I could delete them. Once I did that the computer was working good until this morning when it shut off on me again so I installed the core temp program and took a screen shot which I will attach. It looks like it is pretty hot. Is there anything I can do above using the cooling station to keep my laptop from shutting off.

I want to thank both of you for all your help. I watched that video and there is no way I am attempting to disassemble of my laptop. It's not that I can't get it apart but I am afraid I won't get it back together. I took a compressor and blew out as much dust as I could and a lot of it came flying out. I have had the core temp up on my screen monitoring it since I booted back up. Min is 50 and the max is 70 which is way better than what it was doing. I am curious though, what is the normal temp range anyway? Let me know if you get time and thanks again.

What you can do is use a vacuum as you blow.

I like to suck from the in, and blow from the out, ie reverse air flow.

I honestly don't blame you, if you can find a service manual, itd really help, but yha its not a easy thin to do if your not sure.

As for normal temps, it should e lower.. depending on the room temp, around 35, 40 up to 55~60.

I'd try blowing it more.
