Blue Screen, Perhaps related to Graphics Card

I keep getting this blue screen on occasion for what I think is my graphics card. I had to get a new one after my old one died on me. I have a Dell Inspiron 530 and the graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce 210. The Blue screen reads:

just installed a MSI GT 630 video card in my Acer 1610 vista ultimate 64 bit and had to disable Pnp video at the device manager; had some problems with cd/dvd not working , so I had to install drivers w/ flash but wanted to use install disc. It worked for a little time then crashed; appreciate any suggestions....

My PC system ; Acer 1610 dual core E2140 processor, 250 Gb HDD, vista 64 bit ultimate,
I just recently, installed a 500 Gb sata HDD, MSI GT630 graphics card, a 23" LG LED monitor, 530 watt Raidmax PSU and windows 7.
My problem is; BSOD happens just to the Vista ultimate 250 HDD.
the windows 7 is installed on the 500 Gb HDD and works fine.
I tried system restore, disabled Pnp onboard video in the device manager and no success.

I forgot mention that I had to disable my antivirus when installing the video card drivers.
