Bootmgr & driver irql same time

Hi all :-)

Well, I do have problem - my screen shows BOOTMGR missing, and when I'm trying to fix it with DVD it shows Driver IRQL not less or equal and I'm stuck. I do have Windows Vista Repair CD, Recovery CD's but obviously can't go through :-/ Any chances that you could advice? Would really appriciate!

Can you boot using Linux on a live CD (as a Diagnostic).

Don't have Linux and all my CD leads to Blue screen - possibly just missing graphic driver, thus easy to solve, but in that case is nightmare

Well, as I said the problem is that I do have same time BSOD nvstor.sys - graphic driver, possibly after last Windows update, easy to solve - and BOOTMGR missing so so far it looks like don't have many options, as PC is not booting from any driver. So or I wipe my HDD, but I have a lot os stuff on it, or bay new HDD and instal Vista on this one, however I thought that I could avoid waste of money if you guys could advise something else.
