My vista 32 freezes both normal startup or safe mode , mouse still moves but cant clik or type or access or copy or paste so cant do anything, any help would be much appreciate it, no errors come up, so b4 u guys tell me what to de please remember: i cant clik or type or copy or access any folder or anything

Sounds like the hard drive. It may be corrupt. Download Ubuntu and save your stuff, first. If you cannot, it is most likely hardware or hard drive, which is hardware.
