I cant answer that. If its software, and you post the information that I requested, we can fix it very easily, but yes a format and reinstall would solve it.
If its hardware, maybe memory, you must get the computer fixed.
If you did not use memtest86, it may still be a memory problem

Daemon tool, is a big cause of BSODs, it may even be the cause.

Sorry my friend the mini dump is not included.
Lets try this uninstall your anti virus and relplace with Microsoft Security Essentials. That is a possible cause. You can make a system restore first, in case you want to go back.

i use the blue thing that you recomended
already use system restore.. no change
and i use original kaspersky
