bsod with vista home premium

hello i bought this computer couple months ago from my older brother and its starting to act up. seems to give me bsod when i play games like minecraft or team fortress 2
i don't know alot about computers but i know the computer is vista home premium and i think he built it around 2008. i keep getting bsod with driver not equal to or w/e and memory management. Some point towards atikmdag.sys. which file am i supposed to attach?

There were many dump reports, only a few showed a cause. Most of them showed as inconclusive. The few valid reports indicated graphics. Try to update your graphics driver and see it that improves the situation.
Go to search type device manager. In device manager go to display adaptors. Find out the card that you have and go to the website and update the driver. Cross your fingers, really not a conclusive report

Did the problem start about the time of the new drivers?
