Freezing then crashing into BSOD

This has been happening for over a month now. I would start up my computer then after couple of minutes, my computer would freeze then go into Physical Memory Dump or BSOD.

I have scanned my computer with Avira couple of times now and only found 1 trojan and 1 suspicious file.

Please tell me what I need to do/provide for you guys to solve my problem.
