Blue screen? Freezing? Help :(

Hello everyone, i received an Acer laptop for christmas about a year and a half ago, so christmas of 2009 i think?

it had VISTA on it and it came with a windows 7 disk. i put windows 7 on but my laptop ran slow, so i restored back to factory settings.

A year and a half later and i decided to install windows 7 again, after 2 days of using it i was fed up of it being slow so i restored back to factory settings, and my laptop is VERY slow.

My laptop is incredibly slow, and a few times it has just turnt of said there was a problem? it just happened a minute ago and restarted, this is what came up:

im not very good with the technical side of laptops, im more of a word/powerpoint person, nothing about all of that, i have no clue what a service pack is, or a BCP or a OS lol. could someone please help me? also my laptop is VERY slow!

uhm well the only thing i bought was the laptop and everything that came in the box... i havent purchased anything else for the laptop,

windows 7 came with the laptop in the box too
