Crash occurs when I copy and paste

On certain applications and programs, when I copy and paste, I get this message:
Java (TM) platform se binary has stopped working,

then the application closes

Lets see if we can diagnose, so that we can solve. Try a clean boot. If the problem does not occur, follow procedure to solve

Make sure you have the most current version. If you do uninstall and reinstall again, may just be a bad install.

If none of the above work, go back with a system restore from before the problem began.
