Extremely Frequent and Annoying BSOD(s)

I'm running Dell Studio 1555 Vista Home Premium x64
It's the original OS
OEM
Hardware is 1.5 years old
I just tried reinstalling the Drivers and Utilities disk today, and it seems to have made the problem worse.

Attached is the report and everything in zip file.
I've backed up everything on my computer to an external hard drive.
Ah man, I really don't know too much about this stuff. I'm decent with computers but I haven't been able to figure this one out.

Remove it with the Removal tool and use MSE

Okay, I tried that and now I am having additional stop messages besides not less or equal. Should I upload a new dumpfile report?
