Recurring Vista Ultimate 64 Bit BSOD

Hi there Vista friends
A recurring issue with my system (Vista Ultimate 64 Bit) is system crash/BSOD etc after the machine has been turned on for over approx 2.5 hours. First day after purchasing system (1.25 years ago), I left the machine running for several hours and noticed BSOD (after several hours of inactivity). Antivirus installed. Scans done. No nasties on the system. At that time, only Microsoft Office 2007 installed only. I then encountered repeated BSODs after attempting all permutations of restart etc. Took back to shop several times but each time, the machine/Vista worked fine at the shop. But I cannot confirm that machine was running longer than 2 hours at the shop. I suspect no. Frustrating. I tried numerous reinstalls over several weeks but still the system crashes/BSODs continued - after the machine had been on and running for longer than approx 2.5 hours. Shop (from which I purchased the machine) could offer no explanation. For the last 9 months or so, I have not run the machine for periods greater than 2 - 2.5 hours and all has been fine. On the rare times that BSOD has occurred during the last 9 months, I have simply turned off machine and unplugged all and abandoned play for the day. On reconnecting all leads etc the following day, all has started up fine and all good (as was case when I took machine back to shop). I have found that just turning all off/disconnecting until the next day is only true way to ensure system starts up correctly.
Just 3 days ago, I ran the machine for over 2 hours and system crash/BSOD recurred. I do have upgrade for Windows 7 here and ready to go but am pseudo techish and hence want to find out what is causing this system instability. All scraped log files are attached in this posting. I would be much appreciative of anyone who can identify the issue that I have and offer fix.
Am assuming system details are included in log files attached.
Note - all Windows updates installed on machine, via automated process.

You have given me about 30 MiniDump reports. They are not consistent except for the fact that all that I have spot checked give inconclusive as the reason for theBSODs

It becomes necessary to use your description of the problem as well as other clues to have resolve your problem.

You have indicated that the problem occurs after about 2 hours. That may very well be due to over heating. I will give you a simple piece of software to download that will determine temp.
You have also given me 30 reports that are inconclusive and give different BC numbers as explanation. This is a clue that hardware is involved. Memory has been mentioned several times and and is considered hardware. I will administer a hardware test.

You have quite a few outdated drivers and one that is a know cause of BSODs. These will have to be worked on, too.

If overclocking restore normal settings

Download memtest86 and test RAM

If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

Scan with your Anti Virus

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.

Asacpi.sys is a driver from the Austek Computer Corp. Your driver is very old and is known to cause BSOD's in current Windows versions; it must be updated
