Hello!
First, I would like to thank you for making the effort to research the problem, and well done on getting that CBS.log parsed and uploaded. That is a little tricky for the first time! Right! First, I need to see some other logs.
Right, here is my analysis of your SFC report:
A couple of months ago you ran SFC. autochk.exe was found to be corrupt. Now you have several more corruptions, and most importantly, a manifest corruption. First, we need to look into the manifest.
Run The System Update Readiness Tool

CheckSur.log file in
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder. Please upload this file. You cannot upload out of a system folder, so please always copy the log files to your Desktop before attempting an upload. It can take up to 1.5 hours to run, but you MAY use the computer during this time (not that you can do much!)
Right, now please follow these steps:
OTL -

Download
OTL to your Desktop
- Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
Under the Custom Scan box paste this in:
/md5start
autochk.exe
wecsvc.dll.mui
wsmsvc.dll.mui
/md5stop
- Click the None button, followed by the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
- When the scan completes, it will open one notepad window. OTL.Txt These are saved in the same location as OTL.
- Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of this file, and post them here.
Thanks!
Richard
P.S. There is one bit of tiny good news, but don't get excited, and that is for after I see the other log files. All it is that one of the corruptions may be easier to fix.
