I have windows mail on my vista laptop. some messages keep appearing even though I deleted them several times. i followed this as i thought win mail was corrupt but still they keep coming back

In Windows Mail open Tools > Accounts > (Account name) > Properties > Advanced and check if the Delivery item is checked as shown, if so uncheck it.
