windows live mail error 0x8DE00006 and server error 4202

hi. brand new to this forum, sorry-please bear with me.

i just had an email "virus" go thru my entire address book-it appeared as if it was sent from my gmail account. :mad:
now i get the error code for hotmail (am assuming it is because of the overload sent...?).

any suggestions on how to get my hotmail fixed and running again? :confused:
